North Dakota Assistive is seeking a Chief Executive Officer
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Assistive's staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. The CEO will initially develop deep knowledge of assistive technology (AT) field, core programs, operations, and business plans.
The Board is seeking a CEO who will be thoroughly committed to Assistive's mission. All candidates should have proven leadership, coaching, and relationship management experience.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree, preferably an MBA, with at least 5 years of senior management experience including a track record of effectively leading and regionally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based organization and staff. The ability to travel, primarily within the state of North Dakota, is required.
