This 19-page document was developed in 1999 to inform parents and educators about the schools' responsibilities to provide AT devices and services in the special education evaluation process and in student programming. It was a collaborative effort between the North Dakota Assistive Technology Task Force and the Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center.
